Appeal for miss information steam rep abuse

I banned in dota2lounge for 48hrs. But the information give of the report is not complete, please read the full conversation before make an action, My brother post a trade and the person who report is make an offer and trying to lowball to much, then he said he minus rep my brother then he do it, so what our action to do? so we decide to minus rep him back because he do it first, he abuse the steam rep first not us.

Please make an little investigation about my brother account, who is the first abusing the steam rep.
