    Hello!!

    So to just jump right into it, 3 years ago I did something stupid. I scammed. I impersonated a TF2WH bot and scammed users, making them believe that it was "Double Credit Weekend", in order to get their items. Soon after, I was SR banned!     Back then, I believed that if I came and fessed up right after, somehow that would get me unbanned, which it of course didn't.

    Over 3 years I did a lot of stuff. I started a new YouTube channel and promoted cheats on it, and it gained quite a lot of "popularity", or more, notice from the community and hate. I then had a 180 turnaround, and with help from people like Uncle Dane and King Raja, was able to show people that I was genuinely sorry and that I regretted my actions, and I now use it to entertain people and teach them how to spot cheaters!     But I digress. Over those three years, I made 6 appeals, including my most recent one - http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-76561198179913894-max-box-banned-by-sr.119839/ . Because of the no 3rd party appeal policy (which includes alts), they were automatically declined. With the help of You Are The One, I was able to find the original email that this account was linked to, and now I'm submitting an Appeal Review, after the original appeal was declined by Mattie. Also, all of the alts I've made are dead, I currently play on http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198179913894.

    So!! In the linked pictures, they show me adding the people I affected and talking to them, as well as apologizing. As you can see, they accepted the apology and turned down my offer for reimbursement (which really surprised me). There were a few other people I affected, but they had either quit Steam (or moved accounts), or simply never accepted my friend request.

    If needed, I can show my entire trade history.

    I would like to request the tag be degraded to a caution, as it has been 3 years and I have contacted the affected users, and had a complete change of heart.

    In trying to prove to the community and my friends (along with contacting the old users), I've hosted a 3 hour giveaway stream of many of my items, donated money and unusuals to Tip of the Hats, and made videos helping people spot the hackers to hopefully help clean up the TF2 community.

    Appeal reviews are not meant to overrule another admin's decision unless the case was handled outside of SR policy. The three points we look at are;
    1. New evidence not produced in your original appeal.
    2. Unfair appeal. Note: A different appeal admin will review your original appeal and decide if their is enough to grant you a new appeal.
    3. Other extenuating circumstances at admin's discretion.
    There is no new evidence in this case and based on what you said in your many postings/threads/chats and the original admin's decision, the appeal was within SR policy to deny.

    The last point standing is extenuating circumstances. A change of heart and no longer scamming (and I'm not saying you have or have not) does not in of itself qualify as an extenuating circumstance. Being an unwilling participant in a scam, for example, would qualify. I am sorry but I do not see enough to justify granting you a new appeal as it is unlikely that a second appeal would result in a different outcome.
