    Appeal Plea: I committed some of the listed offenses, but not all of them
    Appeal Reason: [Change of Heart] I will never scam again.
    Victim Repayment: No, but I will repay. I need help finding the victim(s)
    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before and it was denied.    ​

    Appeal description:
    Hey.
    I was banned becose i scammed one man with PayPal.
    I was banned from CsgoLounge and account was trade banned.
    I wait 3 months and i was unbanned from lounge and Trade ban.
    I waited so long and if it's possible to unban me im asking for that.
    I promise- I will never Scam again and not going to be reported any more time.
    I am very sorry that this has happened once, but it certainly will not happen a second time.

    I was unbanned and after some time i was banned again.
    But i don't know why, becose i do not do anything wrong all the time while I was unbanned..

    You stated you scammed someone by Paypal, have you contacted the victim and paid them back what you scammed? It states you didn't above and you need time to find that person. The user was last online 26hours ago and is very easy to find.

    Hey.I payed him money back and we didn't chatted from that time. When i got money from him and HE reports me, i just send him money back, but paypal hold these money. And after one day money was send to hes paypal and we chatted last time at that time.I apologise to him and sayed sorry for this happen and we went to our ways.
