On January 28 I got a message from Valve Steam Support that I got ban because I violated their policies and I had no idea why I receive this kind of message. I sent multiple messages from Steam support but they always sent the same "auto bot message" saying I hijack someone's account. The real story about this was I bought Dota 2 items from my friend name (my 15inch. dick) his steam profile is - http://steamcommunity.com/id/xgEraLdz -He was selling his items for real money cash it was outside trading means no online money transaction occured(like paypal, webmoney, bank transfer etc.) in other words we do meetups when we agreed to each other so I gave him the real cash money for the items soon after when I receive this ban I ask some of my friends how to unban my account then i decided to ask my friend(the seller of dota 2 items) why I got ban he honestly said that those items were a fraud and a scammed items he also said he got ban too and it must be the reason why I got ban. To be honest I never scam anyone in steam community as you can see on my account I trade a lot with a player on Dota2lounge. Please help me fix this problem, it took me months to talk with steam support then they disable my steam support account because I sent repetitive messages still they make confirmation that I'm a hijacker so I had no choice but to send my problem here on steamrep. You can see the screenshots below here the proof that i traded with him and you can see that I gave him trash treasure chest proving that we were trading for cash money. I have no any screenshot for our chat agreement because we already made a deal outside steam windows because he was my friend.

This is my main account and I got ban I lost interest on trading because of this I can't even blame anyone here. It was my friend who should be punished not me. He sold his scammed items to me and I had no idea it was fraud items. Furthermore when my friend said it was a scammed items and seen that i got ban he gave back the money felt sorry about it. Please help me fix this issue.

Here is the message I received from valve, I wasn't banned by SR because I couldn't find any name providing "Banned by Valve" you can see the message here that I got banned by valve.

Unfortunately, no one here can help you since SteamRep is a 3rd party volunteer site. You will have to handle this issue with Steam Support as no one else has the ability to do so.

Not much I can say about this. I guess you could try making another support account to ask about it. Just give them time to answer before you ask the same question.
