    Appeal description:
    Basically I scammed this guy over 1.5 years ago and I refunded him because I wanted to change and I knew what I have done was horrible. I tried to appeal twice but it got denied in both of them. I am just asking for a last chance... One last hope. I think I am reformed and I have changed into better after all that time and I am just asking for one last chance for you guys to accept my apologies and of course unban me..
