Appeal description:

Kerzzy was a guy I used to know on steam, I tipped him $10 on a gambling site, when I started losing a bit I asked for $5 back because I wanted him to keep some, he proceeded to block me and start harassing many people on my friend's list, this forced me to private it for friends only, he bullshitted some screenshots and tried to convince people to unfriend me, however they all knew better and just unfriended him, I have over 5.5k trades made and 30 pages of +rep on my profile alongside being level 14 and having over 2.4k hours on csgo (and a 4 year old acc), I am friends with well known csgo youtubers and site creators, I have no reason to scam whatsoever, if you could repeal this ban that'd be great.
