    Appeal description:
    Hi,
First of all, thank you for reviewing this case.

I'll tell the exact full story the way it happened now, please be aware this is 2900+ days old, I was an 11 year old at the time, so if I forget any details I'm more than willing to correct it.

In 2013, being a child, I wanted to be like the Youtubers of the time. I saw many of them at the time doing raffles, giveaways etc and I wished to join in with that. My friend at the time, who was also around 11-12, told me to get people to donate so that we could do a raffle. We promised a fake hat so that more people would join the raffle. However, I can confirm absolutely nobody actually gave anything to us, most knew how young we were - so there were no victims. It's also true none of us had the promised hat, I admit to that. However, I did actually want to give a hat away and at the time I covinced myself I would buy the hat to give it away IF the raffle did good - this is obviously no excuse and raffles don't work like this, I was just being a dumb 11 year old.

From what I remember, my intentions weren't to exactly scam or to steal items - I had been a victim of that myself multiple times on TF2 growing up - I had a warped perception of raffles. I thought entering raffles had a price because the raffler was meant to profit from it before giving away the item, so I believed at the time if I got multiple donaters, I could just buy the hat, give it away and keep the rest of the profit. Still no excuse and as an adult now, I can see why that was stupid.

That's all I really remember from that day - I do remember being extremely upset when I got the caution and I said some very unsavoury things on the forums, which I genuinely apologise for.

The reason I'm appealing after 2900 days is because - obviously, I'm a grown adult now. I haven't been reported for scamming or attempting to scam since. I've recently got back into Team Fortress 2 and I remembered this case. I believe with the context and the age-gap since, I should at least have my caution removed or considered to be rectified for the person I am today. There should be a risk evaluation - if it's still needed. It's not a full ban but a caution - and I took the caution and never did anything like that again. I'm still active on the account daily which means I didn't try to run from the consequences. I think that's decent proof I've genuinely changed and did the time for my actions.

I'm still really upset with myself that I did those things, and I avoided trading for a good 6 years after it. I understand that I deserved the Caution, however I do think it no longer represents me 2900 days later and as an adult who's never had such an incident since.

Thank you for reading and I'm willing to provide more info or interviews if necessary.

Also I'm aware that I can't appeal multiple times, but it's been 6.3 years since my last one and I do believe it's important to give me a chance to explain myself as an actual adult now. I understand if that's still not allowed, however.

Already appealed and denied, already attempted to reappeal again anyways, saying that, you have lost posting privileges in the appeals section.

    Regards.
