Appeal description:

I would like to have my tag removed because it has been falsely placed; I have never committed any kind of fraud to any community member during my time on steam, nor would I ever do so. The suggested "alternative account" which is listed on my page is not my account. However, that same account used to belong to my brother in which it got stolen earlier this month, at the time of writing this. Before it got stolen, my brother went by “A Flaming Potato” not “2OG”. It is possible that it is listed as an alternative account because both my brother and I share the same computer, and that are profiles must be linked somehow. All the items that I currently owned and have owned in the past have either been acquired through legitimate/fair trades through sites such as scrap.tf, or through the steam application; or I have purchased through; the community market/in game store, or have unboxed. I would also like to bring up the alternative accounts that do belong to me. I have created them with no intent whatsoever to steal other players of their valuable items, to troll or to avoid any sort of infringement, but rather to use as a backup account in any worse case scenario that my main account gets hacked, etc. It is also worth noting that it shows in my inventory history that I have exchanged varies
items in between my main account and one of my alts, "Upon A Red Sky", I understand if this looks suspicious, but i can assure you that those items belong to me and were only exchanged because I had suspicions of a potential scammer. This person had in their bio "my alt" and when I clicked the link it would take me to my main account, so I made one of my alts premium so I could transfer some items such as; unusuals, cosmetic items, etc. in an attempt to avoid losing them. I will admit that my stranges were not transferred because I honestly did not want to reset the kills tracked on my weapons or strange cosmetics. Time passed by and all seemed well, so i transferred those items back to my account. I left some on my alt just for the purpose of having some cosmetics when I might be playing on said alt. As of the ban, I do not understand as to why it is currently placed because I personally do not trade regularly because of potential scammers and such. I have a hunch that the suspected alt below my steam rep profile might've reported me because earier this month, after he took possession of my brother's account, he used his identity to try and scam me of my "Kill-A-Watt" Detective Noir. I knew that this wasn't my brother because -one; my brother wouldn't have any interest in buying my unusual, and Two; because I knew prior to then of how it was stolen. The reason why I think it might've been this user is because I believe it might be out of revenge for declining his offer, and telling him that I knew of his intentions. Furthermore, on January 14th, 2017, there should be a trade with the suspected alt account list on my steam rep page, where an australium ambassador was gifted to me. I promise that this was when my brother "A Flaming Potato" was still in possession of his account. To further explain, a few months prior to that specific trade, my brother had unboxed an taunt unusualifier, which he decided to sell it for around 270-ish usd on the steam market. When he had a buyer he spared about 40 usd on the ambassador and traded it to me within a week; which i paid him back with real currency. While on the topic of my brother, I feel like it's worth mentioning that my sibling is a fair trader like myself, whom he respects other players items and does not wish to steal them for self gain or profit. However, due to his lack of trading experience, he was persuaded into giving the scammer, A.K.A. "2OG", his password/steam authentication. I would like to point out if it matters that I’ve made very recent trades with my brother’s new account, but only to donate some scrap weapons as well as a few tf2 cosmetics to help rebuild his inventory. I would like to conclude this case with a promise, that I have and never committed any sort of fraud via steam among other members of the community, and that I guarantee that all items belong to me through legitimate methods of obtaining them. Should I send another appeal with the correct reason?

Hello, thank you for replying. I am rather curious as to why both of my listed accounts have been banned? I understand that having alt accounts can play a serious part in trade scams, but what I do not understand is why they were instead banned with no explanation. That last thing I want to do is waste your time, as well as mine. I believe that all of these bans have been placed with no explanation and I would greatly appreciate one on my behalf.

Well what should I do? I gave as much evidence as I can possibly provide to prove that I have a falsely placed ban on my profile. I have no idea why I am even suspected to possess stolen items. I have paid for most of the items in my backpack or I have made fair trades. I have over a thousand hours of legit game play in tf2, I am very active on this account and it has only been owned by myself; therefore, the only reason as to why I have this ban is because someone "thinks" that I stole such items, therefore, reported me. I understand that scamming is a serious crime in the community, but I don't understand why a ban can be placed on someone who doesn't participate in such illegal activity whatsoever. I would greatly appreciate a reason as to why this ban has been placed if I have the authority to request such a favor.
