I do not have any alternate accounts, there is one associated with my ban, but that is not my account, but my brother's very current profile that he plays VR on. I am unsure why he is marked because he has no association with me other than doing some trades with me after he stopped playing team fortress 2. I can bring my brother into a call to prove he is real or whatever but he does not play tf2 almost at all.​

I have been banned and trying to appeal with this server since July 2015. I was tagged scammer for running from paying a heavy boxing match over one reclaimed metal. I was banned, then paid back the individual after finding the forum on harpoon gaming after being scammer tagged. I then appeal and was denied for waiting 3 months to file the appeal and not answering the admins friend requests.(i was 14 and was paranoid about high level profiles adding me) I have attempted to appeal this decision 4 times using their forum and speaking with the admins for a very long time and have had very little response. I used their discord server only to find it incredibly dead, with people only posting once or twice per week throughout the whole server with the exception of the trading part of the discord. I have remained using this account and have not tried to make alts or cause any harm in any other gaming community I have been in. I am starting law school this week in fact and its partly due to the frustration I have had dealing with the appeals process in that server. I have strived to treat all people within games with patience and knowledge of them wanting to have fun by mere co-existence in a game and have strived to instill that into the way I interact with others online. If I could speak to any admins about this I have time to get on call or speak over steam chats or discord chat to explain myself better, I would be glad. I think there is an argument here that the community is close to defuncted and would like to know if it needs more examination. I am not sure how things are on their tf2 trading servers and Gmod roleplay servers and hope them are thriving, but as it stands I see a nearly dead community from my perspective. I am attempting to reach out to the admin Jin&Tonic but have been unsuccessful many times in the past due to extreme gaps in their communications. my most recent appeal was started in Jun 2022 and was not archived as mentioned in the appeal until the beginning of august. I have spoken to them in discord once with a 4 month gap in response time and I am simply unsure of what to do at this point. I apologize for taking up time but this is my last recourse. I have attached the discord messages I referred to as well as the proof of paying the victim back and extra logs for verification.

I wanted to add that when i said a nearly dead community, I was referencing the forums, especially the bans and appeals sections. They also do not allow more than three appeals to be filed that were done in 2015 2017, and 2018 respectively.
