    I was acused of scamming (alternate account).My pc is being used by my and my friend that is staying at me this summer.He is a scammer,i admit it,and since he didin t take his pc,i let him on my pc​

    After a review of the report/taking into account the appeal, I am unable to consider this appeal.
    -Based on what you said, you are a defacto-alt of the other account.
    -Your account is your responsibility at all times, that is Valves stance and that is SRs stance.
    -Buying/selling/trading/lending or any other transfer of ownership of a steam account does not negate a banned tag nor are you able to appeal for the account. Auto deny reason.
