Appeal description:

Sir,
Sorry for the late reply I was busy with my exams for the past 4 months. I have found that my alternate account was used to scam for a copy of Dark Souls III. The gift copy for the game has been returned back to the actual owner and can be confirmed from the same. I only use this account for idling purpose and nothing else. This is the first time a charge of scamming is associated with any one of my accounts. I am still trying to understand the origin of the scam. I have searched for malware and am more than sure the same originated from one of my flatmates. I own two laptops, one for my primary account while for the alternate for idling. The stays home time and can be accessed by anyone at home. I am never associated with scamming, and would request you to please remove the ban.

I have taken an added step to logout my account from the home PC to prevent any such situation to arise again.

I have attached the screenshot of the return made to the respective owner of the game


Any other information can be requested and I would love to share and help in that case. I accept that it was solely my fault of trusting the alternate to my flatmates or keeping it unattended. But, I will not let this situation arise again in the future and hence request you for the removal of the ban from both the accounts.
