hey , i did an appeal before and i got rejected like 3/4 years ago , i was a stupid kid that i scammed this guy but no more , i do care about my reputation now , i did text the victim and i offered him a steamcard for the same amout of money that i took of him and i told him since the quarantine is here its risky to go out so if he can wait till quarantine ending this may be helpful , i can't risk it into the quarantine , i hope there is a solution thank you.​
