    yes i scammed a guy for a dota 2 item worth 9 Euros I have related the item to him i will never repeat it again i promise to the admins of steamrep please forgive me and remove my ban Thank you.

    I had appealed here before on October 15 2017 and it was tagged as invalid as my profile was private (i didn't know that it was private) im sorry i didn't mention it above while making this new appeal my mistake sorry for it.
