Appeal description:

First of all I would like to state that the user immediately after payment was recieved, filed for unauthorized transaction before I was able to send the keys, which is why I did not follow through with the trade. I told the buyer "I will give it a sec" and before I got everything confirmed, I got a notification stating that a "Unauthorized Transaction" claim was filed to paypal against me for the payment. If the user agrees to cancel the claim and agrees to follow through with the deal I will send the 10 keys that they have asked for. I have no intentions of scamming this user It was a good deal for me to get that money so I would be okay with following through.

I'm not sure if I should set the Repayment option to "No, but I will repay" or "No, I committed no fraud so Im just gonna leave it as no but will repay.​

I can go ahead and refund the unauthorized transaction whenever needed. Just let me know and I will, I still want to do the trade but if refund is only option that works.

At this point its what ever the buyer wants.

He provided it in his report against me. I do not have it saved.

Is the best option to just refund the user at this point?

Or (sorry for the spam) the user added me should I talk to them and see if we can solve it between us?

Then what am I suppose to do now then? I refunded him through paypal because that's what he wanted..

And by you saying, "I would also like you to screencap the payment received email and upload it as well." I figured you would want to see the payment received email on his end.
