Appeal description:

Hello! My name is Deceneu. And today i got Steamrep ban. It is true that i scam, but it was my first attempt and it was a succesfull. I've tried to scam other users but they were much experienced than me so they didn't trust me, and one night a user add me and wanted to trade his keys, i've scammed her and after that i trade the key for a knife and start trading, the only thing i wanted was a knife. I am not a rich guy as i am impersonating, everything on my profile is fake, i trade the knife far away till i got what i want, then i saw the report and i've lied you to get my report being cancel, i've trade my knife to keys and i paid 21 gamma keys to the user that i scammed, we got to a deal that he will remove the report, but he didn't. In the report i have you can see that he got the keys and there are also evidences that i paid the user back.

I am so sorry for my actions, the only reason i want myself unbanned is that i can't trade my items to other people because they think i have like a ''trade hacking'' program and they scare and block+remove me.
