Appeal description:

Hello! I re-appeal becuase i want my steamrep to be removed. I scam a person and i've repaid it, he told me after i will re-pay he will accept that my steamrep-ban to be removed and also the report to be deleted. I've repaid all 21 keys that i've scammed.
The reason i want my steamrep ban to be remove is that i want to have some friends in my friend list that don't accept anymore steamrep banned users.
I will never scam again, i am not a virtual thief.
Please, i know that i lied an admin and i am sorry about that but i was very scared about this situation. I don't like to have ''steamrep ban''. I put a lot of work and money on this account and most of the person i add they reject me based of the steamrep ban.
