I was offering steam wallet code to him, but wasn't willing to give him steam wallet code first, since he was a low level. I said I would give him 13/15 digits, and after the trade was confirmed, I wouldve gave him the last 2, but after I suggested that he started accusing me of scamming. He has no evidence, only me offering him the code, and suggesting methods.​
