Appeal description:

Hello Dear steamrep. I am currently banned for some reason as i am accused of an impersonation (?) I am a tier 1 donator, i had multiple cash transactions and a 0 reports on my account. I cannot be impersonator to that account. I saw that you think its an same IP address, possibility is there of course. Possible that the neighbors before 2-3 mount we have new neighbors, before about 1-2 month they asked me to use my wi-fi what I am approved, and still use. Maybe that is old neighbors or something idk i can ask they I havn't password on my wi-fi but i can make later. I can talk and with man whose identity is stolen and try to resolve all problems. I don't need to lose my reputation I'm known seller and buyer. You can check my profile all is clear. Today i can talk with my neighbors and make passwortd on my wi-fi and only can used I and my brother.

Yea thanks for this, I'm new on steamrep.

As I promised, I'm asked my neighbors about this and I'm find some infomations.
One of my neighbors say yes that is his acc (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198159123237). I explained the whole situation confirmed to me that he tried to scam one time and never again, I'm asked him for other acc he said no he have only that acc and one new I havn't link for new acc atm I can find latter, for other accounts he don't know anything. He said later on tomorrow he can make appeal for unban and he will admit and asked for pardon.

For other accounts on this ip address I have not found any information I can try to find something in next days.

I'm make password on my wi-fi and this is first and last time for something like this.

I'm added man whose identity is stolen and If he accept I can try to resolve all problems, I apologize in my name and my neighbor name.
