i am sorry that i was abusing steam rep. i didn't know that i would be banned for having too much rep. i am sorry. i will control next time. i was just excited of having a very big reputation in d2l. pls i need to trade my items. Thank you and Hoping for your kind consideration.​

You tried to appeal to SteamRep, while you are not banned here. Most common reasons are that you got a ban of some sort that is NOT been administered by SteamRep. You will have to appeal on that respective community or to Valve's Steam support.
