Appeal description:

My friends Account the bamboozler https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198267248436 was banned due to his account being compromised but I didn't have anything to do with it. I think it happened almost a year ago and I know he got his account back and he even posted a repeal.

The Bamboozler was hijacked in the past after falling for a phishing scam which convinced him to remove 2FA when he was 12, in December of 2018. Later that month he had regained his account by valve and I have personally visited him to confirm he is both no longer hacked or possibly even acting maliciously. I would like to be unbanned as I was not even named in the post that got my friend banned, https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198202886543-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.186945/#post-495976 due to my name being similar to what the Hacker had changed my friends account name to after the Hijack. My previous appeal was rejected due to inactivity but at the time around the holidays, I was likely quite busy and unable to respond. Unfortunately, it has been 2 years so I'm sorry if i forget anything, I only recently got back into TF2 and this ban is a hindrance to trading as the ordeal with the original ban in part lead me to quit the game for quite a while.
