    Hi,
    I come to my friend and he has ban on csgolounge, but when i connect to this site from my account i get banned too, and i dont know why :(
    can you please unban this account from csgolounge? because i want to trade and bet on this site and know i cant because you banned me for no reason.

    1. you still share the same steam name as your "friend"
    2. in your "friends" appeal, he said he bought his account from another friend, that presumably being you.
