Hello please help me, my account was stolen by a fake Hellcase admin and when he stole it, he changed my e-mail adress, my phone number and my password. Just after he try to scam someone and this person report me for scamming and send you evidence and ask for ban me and one of your admin do it.
So now I'm very embarassed because people report me for something I never do

I give you all the screenshots I have, and I discovered I was banned on your site few days ago on a steam commentary on my profil and I saw I was banned 236 days ago(steamrep5.PNG)
but my acccount was stolen on May 5th 2017 and I can't give you the conversation with the steam support so I don't know if you accept those

I'm sorry but I don't know how I can refind the ticket because when you ask for a steam support help and resolve the problem you can keep your ticket for only 60 days and it make a too long time so I can't get the ticket anymore
