Appeal description:

Yes I did impersonate "charts" but I did not scam anyone of their skins. I had plenty of times I could of but I decided not to because I have morals. I would never scam anyone because personally I have spent a lot of time and money on my inventory and I cant imagine scamming someone for their items that they spent all their time and money getting. I understand above all else that scamming is wrong and so is impersonating, This will never happen again nor has it happened since I got originally banned. Overall I learned not to IMPERSONATE anyone or scam. I am deeply sorry.
