Appeal description:

So I have finally decided to appeal my ban. Back in late 2015 I noticed that I could no longer sign into csgolounge or any other betting sites etc. When I came to check steamrep I was banned for impersonating valve staff, I have no idea why I was banned for this due to the fact that I didn't do it. One of the main reasons I want to be unbanned is because I would like to start trading again using lounge and other websites but due to the fact that I am banned for an insane reason I can not.
