Dear Admins Of SteamRep,
Hi there, I would just cut to the chase. I admit that I have tried the PayPal Scam before, and i deeply regret what I did and did not consider the consequence of my action. I have been constantly reminded of my action when I was younger and was desperate for skins by servers in csgo tagging me as scammer and I'm not able to access bots to trade cards just so I can customize my profile. I have matured over the years to realize that scamming is similar to bullying, and I have been bullied before. I hope that you may give me a second chance. Thank You.
