Appeal description:

I admit that I, Kazoo Penguin, have scammed a user out of 1 refined metal. It was a awful decision and I wish to re-pay the user I scammed. I may need help finding the user. There are videos on the Skial forums of this happening. Also, at the time of the scam, my name was "Ben".​

There was no "Banned by Skial".
