Appeal description:

According to Steam, all of your trades are the final trades. For that reason a person sending/receiving the trade must be aware of items that are being traded. There were a lot mistakes made in the past, or accounts being hijacked by a scammers so Valve came up with a phone authorization program. Meaning no one but you or people with access to your phone can accept the trade. BioHazard had chance to cancel the trade twice, or without access to his phone he could had 15 days.
Every Trade is a Final Trade and BioHazard accepted the rules and accepted my offer. There is no reason to blame me if he had decided to change his mind.​
