Appeal description:

Hello,
I was banned years ago when I was new to trading.
I was young and did not think my actions will have consequences.
I put a $0.60 cent skin in a trade offer that the other guy did not notice (and I was hoping he didn’t) and after he accepted the trade I refused to give it back to him. For 6 years I was not able to trade on a single website TF2/CSGO. A lot of my trades fell through and even tho I was going to use skins for give aways I was not able to acquire them because of a steam rep ban. I am not a serial scammer, I have never been vac or trade banned on steam and I do not intend to scam people in the future. Writing to you today in hopes to see if there is anything I can do about this situation, can it get resolved?​
