Appeal description:

It had taken me 2 weeks to repay said victim due to the fact that they had blocked me on steam after reporting me. I only got around to repaying him once I asked a friend of his to ask the victim himself to unblock me so I could repay him of what he lost. Evidence of our chat logs and repayment is shown in the previous appeal, evidence of my claim should be shown as I have asked the victim himself to comment on this appeal. Thanks!​
