Appeal description:

Yeah I will admit that I scammed this user, I held a particular dislike towards them for a personal reason I can say I am over. I will add this the victim back on steam and return the items, or send the current value of items I stole to an admin or the victim directly. This whole scammer tag is starting to bite, and I'm feel real bad about the situation.​
