    Appeal description:
    Well, I recently bought this account from a friend. I was gonna do a trade yesterday, 944sek for a m9 vanilla [66%] from a trading page in Sweden. Then he looked me up on steamrep and saw that I convicted for fraud, so I was wondering if you could lift it. I would understand if you couldn't lift it because lack of edvidence, because I made this purchase in school with a buddy of mine.

    After a review of the report/taking into account the appeal, I am unable to consider this appeal.
    -SR, by policy, does not grant RWC (real world currency) related offenses.
    -Buying/selling/trading/lending or any other transfer of ownership of a steam account does not negate a banned tag nor are you able to appeal for the account
