Appeal description:

Greetings, I tried to appeal before but got denied. Completely my fault, I did not take it as seriously as I should have. As previously stated, I was a dumb kid that was plagued by greed, I'm older now and only wish to have access to Scrap.tf aswell as trading bots since I need to clear my SteamRep for them to trade with me.

I understand that I already appealed, but I did not take it seriously, and I really wish to handle this properly this time.
Also, I am a bit confused with the fact that I can select the "Yes, I appealed here before and it was denied." option, only to get instantly invalidated the last time I appealed.
I plead with you, SteamRep staff, please give me another chance.
I just want to be able to trade normally again.
