Appeal description:

I'm sorry for what ive done in my past I was young and stupid who got twice scammed 1. by fishing 2. same meta, it doesn't change the fact of what ive done I know it's wrong

now I want to have another chance as I grow up and changed and of course repay the victim.

I know before I can appeal I need to pay him his money back but Ive tried to add him with 2 diff accounts he doesn't accept me he insta block me
I added 4 online friends of his to ask for help with that but they dont accept

If you ask yourself why I appeal now? I wanted before was too lazy and my english wasn't that good​
