    Appeal Reason: [Change of Heart] I will never scam again.
    Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims
    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before and it was denied.    ​

    Appeal description:
    I admit to attempting a scam using the PayPal Invoice. However, I did not take any of the victims items.

    This was done a long time ago and I have had a change of heart about the attempt and will NEVER scam again. Thank you for your time.
