    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here earlier for another situation in the past.    ​

    Appeal description:
    I think it's unfair that you're not taking any effort to genuinely look into my case. I was lazy back in 2017 that's why my appeal was rejected but if you genuinely looked (teeny tiny cat) you may see that. I would like another member of staff to review my prior case as this isn't very professional in my view.​
