Appeal description:

Hello! just found out today that I was steam rep banned while trying to trade through CS.money, took a walk back down memory lane to try and remember what I could've done as a 15 year old PC gamer. I found the reporter on my alt account, which he/she is still friends with, and remember mostly what happened. I do remember him adding me first and attempting to try and trade with me which I personally took as a scam attempt since back then I was a child and didn't have many skins to try and trade with in the first place, so I believe I attempted to reverse scam him out of his AK Aquamarine Revenge. Ill take full responsibility for my side of attempting to scam him but as a 15 year old with no money or skins back then I understand why I was suspicious of him in the first place. I never officially got his skin aswell, just only sent a trade offer for it. And if he was sincerely trying to trade with me then I apologize on my behalf for attempting to reverse scam him. Just wanting to have a clean image for the upcoming CS2 release so I can try to trade when it comes time! thank you very much!​

also, this was quite a few years ago now, so im only putting what I can somewhat remember. Don't 100% remember exactly what happened in the situation.

sorry, ive been busy working the past few days. but yes ive taken the time to review what I'd done and yes I admit to attempting to scam him its pretty clear in his chat logs that I was in the wrong. I do believe aswell hes no longer on steam anymore as I've tried to get in touch with him on both of accounts to apologize for my actions. I've done alot of growing up in almost 7 years since that report and I'd like to apologize to him personally if I could.

is there anymore info you need from me? just trying to get this resolved on all sides

I completely agree with you, I'm in the wrong either way even if he was trying or wasn't trying to scam me. I own up to it, I wasn't the best child so I can see how I was most likely the one in the wrong but I've grown up now and I'm an adult. But its mostly because I just want to have a clean image again on steam all around because I'm not a terrible person truly and don't want to be known as a scammer for a mistake I made as a child. Like I said aswell if he was still around on steam I'd try to apologize and give a repayment of some sort if he wanted but it seems his accounts have been inactive for years now.

I've been scammed myself just recently on ebay so I got to experience what thats like myself and I definitely didnt enjoy losing $300 so I understand that I could've caused pain toward him by taking something he could've worked very hard for just like myself.
