Appeal description:

Dear SteamRep ,
I would like to appeal for unban, after almost 7 years.
First to say I have been regretting this a for long time, the most frustrating thing for me is not being able to trade with bots and not having acess to sites like Scrap.tf, bazaar.tf, because I would like to change my items or something, also being looked at through my past and people not even wanting to trade with me .
I have done bad things I admit it... And they follow me everywhere now, I have managed to scam a little ammount of people, later then I have returned Items to the small ammount of poeple I have scammed, because of the ban... Mentioning age, now I'm 21 and looking back, I was dumb 13-14 year old kid who wanted to profit on scamming people . I didn't realize all the consequences according to being scammer, now I regret it, because I play games where trading is part of it, and the ban doesn't allow me to trade.

Scamming part
I was trying to scam on csgopolygon by "upgrading" knives and skins, so people would send skins to me in return of small profit and them having better skins etc., I have managed to scam some people with this trick... Although I scammed them, I returned to those people money in real life by meeting them and saying sorry to them, or just by compensating the damage . The ammount of money I made from this scam was around 600 to 700 USD i think, returned all of it. Some of those people even stopped playing CSGO because of me, which makes me even more mad at myself and guilty ... So to those, who stopped playing I have returned real money through my mom's bank account. It'll be hard to trust me, because I have little to no proof, but I was small kid and I had nothing better to do than this.... I have explained all of this to my mom and she got pretty mad. In order to fix all of this I've done those things mentioned above.

I found some old trades, where I have returned skins. Hopefully that will tell you something at least... I have changed my mind very quickly back then, when I've seen the ban. It was late I know, but I have returned everything I could and the poeple were okay with it, with some of them I even became a friends in real life .
Now I want to trade with bots and acess sites, but the ban doesn't allow me to... And I'm stuck with some items I would love to trade for some fancy items etc. and I can't.
I please you to unban me... I have grown out of the scamming child. I go to work and appreciate the value of money , not like before where it was "just money" when I was 13-14. I wasn't realizing the damage I have done to those people who worked in order to buy those items, or just recieved them as a gift...
I was selfish and mean, I have changed my mind the secon I got the ban, but it was late... Now I returned to those games, and I remember I have ban the second I wanted to make a trade with bot for Strange item with trading bot in TF2. Well then I started searching for everything and how to fix it... The one thing that makes me sad is the thing, that I have only one try... and I would really love to say sorry to the community I have scamed... I returned those items or gave them some other items they wanted... or just sent money as I said.
Now I'm basically stuck when this doens't help...
So I really please you to unban me... I have grown up, it was 7 years... I'm adult and looking at my 13 year old myself I would slap myself.
That's everything I can say to this case from my memory or my mind right now. If anything else is needed I cant try to explain or get proof I will try to do that, I really wish for this unban, because now I started playing a lot of TF2 and I want to trade. There's limit of 15 files... so I uploaded all I could, those Items are everything I have returned, there's - sign, that means it goes from my inventory away.
