Appeal description:

Hi, So my brother (yahia) scammed somebody out of 2 unusuals, an unusual rocket launcher and a green energy professionals ushanka, he then got caught scamming and asked me if i wanted the items,trying to escape the consequences, ( i didnt know he scammed them ) i said yes. i was traded the items and i was banned and marked as a scammer from all .tf websites (tf2 outpost and such) and i had no clue why, the person who was scammed by my brother asked me for his items back, i said yes and proceeded to give his items back, although i am still banned, the person who i gave the items back to believes my story and is helping me trying to lift the ban although Toughsox, the person who issued the ban said "hell just scam again", and i need to make a very important trade so this is very annoying, i did the right thing, i gave the items back, yet i am still banned, i created my steam account a year ago and never really played so having a low amount of hours i was accused of being my brothers alt. so yeah. please help me get my mark removed i have done nothing wrong. i am requesting to be unbanned.
