Appeal description:

So how do I start, this was 1496 days ago, so over 4 years
Now after 3 years off from pc's I wanted to start gaming again and totally forgot what happened there.
Now I'm a little bit older and regret what I did. I already added the victim to pay him the 13€, a little bit late but I think thats the only way to make good what happened with a big apologize, its not only the money imo.
He just need to accept me and I pay him 17€ euros, 4€ more for the years.
I don't know what I can do but I want to get it away from here because it is embarassing that I did something like that.
I hope that it goes well for me and for the victim and that he accepts my apologize.
