Appeal description:

I was randomly banned one day with no reason made to me. It doesn't seem like I was banned by SR but rather Dota2trade (wait before you say I should contact them). I contacted them and they told me that they couldn't do anything and that I should contact you, because I was banned because another account associated with me was banned. For reference, I have two brothers, both of which were banned presumably because they share the same internet connection as me. One of them (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198208885189) was apparently banned like 1.5 years ago for some sort of trade scam on dota2trade. I did not know this occurred and I believe is why I was banned as well? I guess they thought his account was mine or something like that. I was told that I had to tell my brother to pay back the person he scammed like 450 days ago, but I know it will be impossible for that to happen. My parents are divorced and I rarely see this brother (I'm with my other brother who is a normal player) and don't know why I am banned for something that I didn't do. I messaged the dota2 people and they told me that I had to message you guys but on the appeal it says I have to contact them so there is contradictory information. Please let me know what I should do.​
