    Appeal description:
    I admit my mistake and am willing to refund my money. It won't happen again. I don't even remember doing it, it was probably my brother. But I'm still willing to give all the money back.​

    And lending of an account out to a family member or friend is not considered a hijacking for SRs sake even if you did not give them permission as its impossible to prove it was not you and you are responsible for the account/accounts security.

    If you repaid in a timely manor, you would not have had any repayment issues and we could move on to address the additional issues of your tagging, but we never got past step one.
    Appeal being denied for many reasons 1. The type of offense is too sever to consider any appeal for. 2. buying/selling/trading or any other type of account transfer does not negate a banned tag nor are you able to appeal.
    3. The only reason I kept this alive as long as I have is to see if you could show ANY CoH as you claimed for your appeal by making it right to the victim, does not appear you did so.
