    After a review, at this time, we have not received followup from you (not just your appeal, but your PM with our donation team with further instructions to make sure this was not a misunderstanding) I am declining the appeal at this time since the chargeback is not in dispute (and per SR policy, RWC related offenses we do not grant appeals for).
