Appeal description:

So I was 16 when I got scammed for a knife, and I got so upset that I thought it would be a good idea to try and scam people. I know... it's foolish. I never succeeded and just stopped trying because I realized that I am not that person. The reason I submit this appeal is because I have grown up and matured. Something that has remained constant throughout the years however is my love for CSGO, and I am here because I tried to make a purchase on CSGO float, but couldn't sign in because my steamrep was too low. I really am a new person, I was a sophomore in high school when I got banned and now I am about to graduate college. I hope you can understand. Thank you!​
