Appeal description:

First I'd just like to thank you for taking the time to try and help...its appreciated more than you know! I am very new to Steam, so I hope I dont screw this process up.
I had back surgery and because I knew I was going to be housebound for quite a while I had my PC upgraded, new motherboard, new processor (my computer guy said that the processor came with a game called Hitman free-not my thing so I haven't tried it) only thing left to get is a new graphics card...I thought it was money well spent because I wouldnt be so miserable if I could pass the time lost in the Ark Survival Evolved game as well as be able to interact with people during my recuperation.
I downloaded Steam and read I had to make a purchase of at least $5.00 so a few days after I downloaded Steam, I decided to purchase Ark Survival Evolved from them (I had to spend at least $5.00 anyway) It was $29.99. I received an email confirmation of my purchase with my invoice number and then downloaded the game. I played for a couple hours basically just made a character and went to bed. The next day I played for a couple hours, had physical therapy and then went to play again and had a message that said "account appears to have been used for fraudulent activity". I checked my email and Steam said they were issuing a refund. They also took Ark out of my library. I immediately opened a ticket with Steam support.
I asked in a steam forum and people said I, or my bank, must have done a chargeback...I thought that was odd because I have never, ever had that problem with my bank...not with Twitch people I subscribe to, xbox one purchases, as well as traveling out of my state and even to Canada! but regardless things happen, so I contacted my bank. I spoke to the lady who answered and she looked at my account and she assured me that she saw the payment to Steam and that it was accepted. I also spoke with the manager(? -Woman who looks into important bank things, I guess) I went on my online banking and sure enough there was my payment to Steam and no refund. Because I had asked on the Steam forum and then have read countless other people who have had the exact same thing happen to them, I asked that the bank lady send proof that the payment was made and that is was received/accepted by Steam...proof that the payment was NOT contested,NOT withdrawn,and there was NO chargeback, with all my information (ticket number on fax cover, invoice number,Steam name, personal name, last four digits of the credit card I used) to the Steam Fraud Department. Yesterday I decided to also add a picture of my account showing payment and showing no refund, to the ticket I opened. I also explained that it was my first and only Steam account and my first and only purchase.
What I would like is to have the game back and my account unlocked...I know Steam is busy and Im trying to make sure they, and you, have all information so I can hopefully enjoy something while I'm laid up with my back:-/
Is there anything you might be able to do to help me in any way?
I know this was ridiculously long...and probably way more info than anyone needs, I hope I was thorough enough to maybe get some help and or advice here.
The invoice number for the game I purchased from Steam is 607232641074596949.
Ive also attached a picture of my bank account showing the payment made to Steam.
The ticket number that I have open is 1530-WJKN-7143
