Appeal description:

provide more specifics of what actually happened:

1. I willingly let the "fake steam admin" onto my account by changing the password and removing the steam authentication as i believed at the time he was a valve employee and my TF2 items were going to be deleted since he said they were involved in a scam

2. Whilst on my account he then said the same thing to everyone my friends list at the time all referring back to the same steam profile where he would then impersonate a Valve admin.

3. The next day i went to look at the official Valve steam group where it said on all of their profiles that "Valve Employees will never ask you for personal or account information, on Steam or anywhere else." To which i then changed the password of the account and removed the impersonator

4. I then emailed steam support who then asked me for my phone number to prove it was me on the account to which i provided and they then let me change the password and access the account.

5. While i never lost any items because of the trade hold due to me removing my authentication, the impersonator removed all of my friends from my friends list, which is why the number decreased on steamrep.

since old tickets are no longer accessible the most i can provide right now is the old email i received when i was changing my password but the dates should allign somewhere within that frame.
