Appeal description:

I was banned for paypal scamming around 2 years ago (648 Days ago). I admit I have commited the scam and I was offering to refund the skins but the person did not accept it. I came back to trading and it does not look too good on my account to have such a report. I'm really sorry to the victim that I have commited this to, I am able to refund the skin even though it has been 2 years already but I just realised that I was in the wrong. If I'm not mistaking, the user has blocked me on steam and I'm not able to add him to ask him if he would like me to refund this.

I will never scam again, it was a mistake from my behalf.​
