    Appeal description:
    I got banned recently by a SR admin for fake gambling site scam(phishing). But as I can see no one respects the SteamRep Investigative Policy even the admins.

    SteamRep does NOT accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy

    This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.

    I guess you missed the big red disclaimer at the bottom of the page then. The admin thought an exception was warranted based on the facts at the time and issued a tag, on its face, he followed policy and I will let the tag stand for now, pending the rest of your appeal.
    Saying that, you have not articulated any appeal reason.

    Well I don't know but in the policy It is written that I cannot be banned for phishing. Also as I can see many other people didn't get banned for that not only one person..
