Appeal description:

Hello dear SteamRep-Admins, before this appeal is rejected directly, I ask you to at least read through my text. And yes, I am aware that I cannot make an appeal afterwards, but it is worth it to me.

Why is there a "Change of Heart" option if it is not taken seriously? I tried to scam someone 5 years ago and added a reason. I also read that time doesn't matter, but I see it differently. How should my Heart change without time? It didn't take me long to figure out what I was doing (see first appeal), and I didn't get a single report in those 5 years. I have generally only received one. Also, I have experienced enough in the last few years and started donating to the needy and to organisations that they need it more than I do, isn't that enough proof too?

There are countless proofs that my heart has been changed, so I ask you to prove the opposite, otherwise I am not justified in rejecting my appeal. I ask you to justify to me what more I should do, that I accept my apology and unban me.​
