No alt accounts, as it specifically states in my info box, and what I just restated on my cashrep, I won't add anyone from any account but this one.​

Appeal description:

I'd like to state that I have over 4000 trades made, and not a single one has been disputed. The only steamrep report I've ever had (which got rejected and also was exposed by Horse for having false/edited evidence) is when someone was buying bape off me and attempted to shark me. Since then, we've made up, both apologized, and I gave him items back in compensation (he's on my friendslist as well). I'm relatively mid tier trader, I've bought and sold around 12K total in items.

Anyways, a while back I sold him a kara ch blaze, which I guess he was salty about because he messaged me nearly every day asking for a trade back after he couldn't sell it. Then he said he'd get me banned on steamrep for sharking, which I responded to by saying "go for it". I never intentionally sharked him, I set my b/o at 200 keys when I originally bought the knife for 113 keys. He added me saying he'd offer 180 keys, so accepted instantly. A day later, and for weeks after, he was asking me for tradebacks, and swearing at me constantly, calling me racist slurs, and spamming "scammer".

I unadded him. He readded me yesterday saying he'd get me steamrep banned, and tradebanned. What I'm thinking is that he used an alt account with my name to fake chat logs, and edited the screenshot with the hyperlink.//When he screenshotted the profile he edited the hyperlink, and the changed the url on the search bar to mine. I'll try to look into my computer's steam data to find chat logs if there's a way. Currently I'm looking for the profile he impersonated me with, as it isn't on his friendslist, and I've only been impersonated once ever before.

Another (obviously much less compelling) reason is I already have an ak ch with an nip holo. I'm not sure if he's trying to pass off the ak with the dig holo as mine, as in the screenshot when he hovered over it it clearly showed a dignitas holo. (My ak is in MY inventory)

The fact that I didn't intentionally shark (which some view as a form of scamming), and he just made a bad decision/trade, is not my fault in any way It's not my obligation to trade back the deal we made previously.

Welp, my friend just sent me this.

76561198371777634 is the account I strongly believe is his alt.

Same exact name, profile picture, and on csgo.exchange, the only item in it's inventory is the exact same ak w/ sticker he claimed I scammed him for.

Adding him back and returning the item right now. In no means does this justify what I did, merely provides context: It was around 3am and I was super tired, about to buy the ak and when he sent it I decided to just steal it. Obviously not the smartest decision, but when I got steamrep banned I thought to myself, fighting it was the only way to get it removed, as I had a friend who sent the items back (200k) immediately after (https://forums.steamrep.com/threads...counter-strike-global-offensive-items.176923/). I fully apologize for attempting to deceive SR Admins, and claim full responsibility for my actions and his temporary losses. Whether or not you decide to unban me, I'll never conduct or participate in any fraudulent action again. Again, sorry for fighting this so hard, from a friends experience I learned admitting to it won't do anything (at least in his particular case). I now realize whether or not it changes the outcome of the situation shouldn't be the reason to not admit one's wrongdoings.

I made the decision to get a surgical procedure to once and for all remove my head from my ass. My apologies.

I've repaid, and I'd like to thank you for even considering my appeal in the first place. Also, if you decide to demote (or would it be upgrade?) my current status to caution it would be deeply appreciated. If my tag was going to be changed to caution, great , if it wasn't, I'd rather have it moved to caution instead of entirely removed (if that's even possible), because, although it might sound stupid; Even though I repaid and the victim has forgiven me etc, I still scammed and lied. Although I was lucky enough, probably 1 in 10000 to have my appeal given a second chance by you, I don't deserve a clean rep, nor will I ever ask to have my caution tag removed if you're kind enough to grant me it anyways.
