    Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims
    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before, but was told to handle other tags or to fix something else before my appeal    ​

    Hello,
    I will be unable to accept this appeal.
    After a review of the report, the offense you were tagged for, scamming via a fake gambling website, would take time and resources to set up, and is premeditated in nature giving you time to reconsider your actions.
    Regarding your claim that your account was abused by a hijacker; there is no indication on our end that you were hijacked.
    In addition, you failed to follow up and failed to provide any proof of your claim.
    This appeal is thus rejected.
